I can now! A month ago, I couldn’t even do three long liver push-ups in a row, and now I’m doing ten! That’s a big progress for me, even though it seems miniscule :3

This is my fit blog. Ever since I was young, I've been a fitness junkie. Having a mother who's a personal fitness trainer has helped me realized how important being fit and healthy is to me.

Unfortunately, I've been a little lenient with myself these past few months by letting myself indulge on whatever I can get my hands on and procrastinate my active lifestyle. I'm feeling weaker and weaker by the day.

Not anymore.

Stats:
Age - 17 years old
Height - 5'7" / 170cm

HW: 145
LW: 110
SW: 138
CW: 136 (28/4)
GW1: 132 *new shoes*
GW2: 128 *a new hairstyle*
GW3: 124 *large popcorn*
UGW: 120 *shopping spree*

If I'm happy with the way I look and how I feel before I even reach my UGW, I'll stop and maintain instead :)
