This is my fit blog. Ever since I was young, I've been a fitness junkie. Having a mother who's a personal fitness trainer has helped me realized how important being fit and healthy is to me.

Unfortunately, I've been a little lenient with myself these past few months by letting myself indulge on whatever I can get my hands on and procrastinate my active lifestyle. I'm feeling weaker and weaker by the day.

Not anymore.

Unlike before, I have completely removed the whole 'Goal Weight' concept from my blog. From now on, I'm more focused on my fitness level, body fat percentage and how I feel.
